Eric Balthasar is the newest member of the Baltar Group, moving back to his hometown after living in Arizona for the past ten years. He grew up in Folsom, graduating from Folsom High School, and spent 10 years in luxury goods sales between California and Arizona. On top of being an agent, he also works as the coordinator for the Baltar Group, managing both the marketing as well as schedules, inspections and everything else that needs to be done. This means he has a part in nearly every transaction that goes on with the Baltar Group.

Eric specializes in relationship building, seemingly building a connection nearly everywhere he goes. His primary focus is about nurturing those relationships and making sure that any transaction is as smooth as possible. Also, as a new agent, he is actively absorbing information from as many sources as possible, attending nearly every aspect of a transaction while assisting the team.

In his spare time, Eric is an avid reader and an aspiring writer. He loves spending time with family, especially his nephews. He is also a huge sports fan, with his favorite team being the Los Angeles Dodgers. You can also catch him around town, enjoying many of the amenities, both old and new, in the city that he calls home.
