Jill Hardy began her career in Real Estate over 30 years ago after attending Brigham Young University. She started working for a local developer that specialized in commercial, residential and land development. She eventually worked her way to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the residential division and what became a regional residential builder. She also won many awards for marketing, merchandising and sales volume in the new home market.

Jill is driven to help her clients and she has that rare talent of being easy to talk to but also driven to shoot for the best. In her mind, it is not just a sale for her, it’s an opportunity to serve. She loves meeting new people and revisiting with past clients in helping them find the home or property of their dreams. She especially loves to see the excitement in their eyes when we find the right one. She has a love of architecture, interior decorating and marketing, and enjoys watching as they all are constantly changing and evolving as time goes on.

When Jill isn’t busy helping her clients, she loves spending time with her husband of 45 years, as well as her children and grandchildren. She loves shopping, decorating, taking vacations with her family, and making birthdays special for all the wonderful people in her life.
