Jill has worked in the California Real Estate Market for approximately 28 years. She began her career as an Asset Manager for more than 8,000 acres of raw land specializing in Lease and Renewal Negotiations, Due Diligence, Toxic and Water Recognizance, Entitlements and City and County relations.

As opportunities presented themselves, Jill accepted increasing responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Vice President for a Home Building Division. Those responsibilities included but were not limited to all contract negotiations, transactional and file management; escrow openings and escrow closings for approximately 100 homes per year. She opened all sales offices, the model complexes and managed the Homeowner Associations, all CA DRE Procedures, and the hiring and daily management of Sales Agents. She has successfully opened, marketed, and completed multiple communities in the greater Sacramento area. Her projects have won local MAME (Major Achievement in Merchandising Excellence) awards, PCBC Gold Nugget awards, and have been recognized in national magazines.
